Application privacy overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Steam Route app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by KHOTSTRIKS TOV. KHOTSTRIKS TOV is referred to as the Service Provider.
Steam Route does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information when you download and use the app. Registration is not required.
Local railway records
Locomotive profiles, technical parameters, route maps, station lists, run logs, double-header configurations, weather tags, distance and duration records, crew summaries, fleet status, and recent run history are intended to remain on the user’s device.
No location tracking
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
No third-party sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no collected personal data is shared with third parties.
Data collection, retention, and storage
Information obtained
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking by KHOTSTRIKS.
Data retention
KHOTSTRIKS does not retain personal data from normal app use because the Application does not collect personal data. Any locomotive, route, station, run, weather, crew summary, settings, or recent activity information entered into the app is stored locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Local controls
Users remain responsible for local records stored on their own device. Removing the app or using available local reset controls may remove locally stored records, depending on device behavior and app settings.
Voluntary contact
If you contact KHOTSTRIKS directly by email or another voluntary method, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request and handle related communication.
Data deletion
Because Steam Route does not collect or store personal data on KHOTSTRIKS servers, there is no server-side personal account or cloud profile to delete.
Delete local app data
You can delete local app records by using available in-app clear/reset controls, clearing app storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the app.
Delete voluntary contact data
If you contacted KHOTSTRIKS directly and want that correspondence or voluntarily provided information deleted, email support@khotstriks.it.com.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. KHOTSTRIKS does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no system is completely secure, and users should keep their own devices protected.
Data breach
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal app data is minimal. If a breach involves data you voluntarily provided to KHOTSTRIKS, you will be notified as required by applicable law.
